These figures show, among other things, that house sales in May 2023 are at the highest level since the same month last year.<\/p>\n<p>According to the trade figures, a total of 7,360 homes were sold nationwide in the month of May. This is 22% more than what was sold in the month of April.<\/p>\n<p>Sales of villas are as much as 24% higher than in April, while apartments and holiday homes were also attractive in May.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We continue to experience greater activity on the properties we have for sale and the buyers we meet at showings are ready to buy and positive.
